1) Payment terms: T/T 30% deposit after order confirmed, 70% balance paid against bill of lading. L/C and O/A options are also available.
2) Lead time: Normally within 20-25 days after the deposit is received.
3) Sample policy: Samples are always available for each model and can be ready in 7-15 days once payment is received.

Q4: What is the purchase process for the products?
Design drawing → Confirm drawing → Quotation → PI → Confirm PI → Arrange 30% deposit → Manufacture → QC inspect → Pay balance → Shipping.

Q5: Do you have a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) limitation?
We do not have strict MOQ limitations, but optimal pricing is offered for larger quantities. We recommend order quantities that fit at least one 20ft container (approximately 15 tons) to optimize shipping costs.

Q6: How do you guarantee product quality and what is the warranty?
We always produce a pre-production sample before starting mass production and conduct a final inspection prior to shipping. We provide a two-year warranty under which any broken parts will be replaced and sent to you.
