QWhat are your standard trading and payment terms?
Payment Terms: T/T 30% deposit upon order confirmation, with the remaining 70% balance paid against the Bill of Lading (B/L). L/C and O/A options are also available.
Lead Time: Normally 20-25 days after receiving the deposit.
Sample Policy: Product samples are consistently available. Samples can be prepared within 7-15 days after receiving payment.

Sea Freight: We calculate and update the ocean freight rates once you provide the destination sea port.

No, we do not require a strict MOQ. However, larger volume orders qualify for better pricing. We generally recommend ordering a quantity that fits at least one 20ft container (approximately 15 tons) for optimal shipping cost efficiency.
QHow are tooling fees charged for custom molds?
For custom tooling and mold design requirements, the cost is charged prior to processing the first order. This fee is partially or fully refunded once your order volume reaches a specified quantity threshold.
