1) Sea freight: We will update sea freight details once we confirm the destination sea port where your goods will be delivered.
2) Client designated agent: Please provide the contact details of your shipping agent, and we will coordinate and arrange the delivery.

Q What is the purchase process for your products?
Design drawing → Confirm drawing → Quotation → Proforma Invoice (PI) → Confirm PI → Arrange 30% deposit → Manufacture → Quality Control (QC) inspection → Pay balance → Shipping and delivery.
Q Do you have a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) limitation?
No, we do not have a strict MOQ limit. However, ordering in larger quantities ensures more competitive pricing. We recommend ordering at least one 20ft container (approximately 15 tons) for regular products to make shipping more cost-effective.
Q How is the tooling fee charged for new custom molds?
For production requiring custom tooling, the mold cost is charged prior to the first order. This fee is partially or fully refunded once your order volume reaches a specified target quantity.
