Is there a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) or tooling charge policy?
MOQ: We do not have a strict MOQ limitation, but pricing is highly volume-dependent. For regular products, we recommend ordering at least one 20ft container (approx. 15 tons) to optimize shipping costs.
Tooling Fee: If custom tooling/molds are required, tooling costs are charged prior to the first order. This cost is partially or fully refunded once your order volume reaches a specified quantity.
